I provide Individual, Couples and Family Counseling.


I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, trauma, life transitions, personal growth, grief work and more.

I’m not interested in you being in therapy for years. My goal is to help you find solutions and learn skills to make changes that enrich your life and strengthen your relationships.

Whether your wish is to decrease anxiety and depression, improve your relational skills or any number of issues that arise from being human I am here to help you. 

I approach each person as an individual. My counseling approach, while drawing from, Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused and Mindfulness, will be based on who you are and what are your needs. This is done by creating a safe space where you feel comfortable to explore and understand who you are and learn new skills to manage what is causing you distress. I will walk beside you, ask questions, and provide practical techniques. I will be caring and direct, respecting you and your time.

Can your relationships use help with increasing communication and intimacy?

When working with couples my approach is informed by Relational Life Therapy (www.terryreal.com). I will help you identify the dynamic taking place between you and provide direct guidance to change your patterns. Couples counseling provides a great opportunity to not only reconnect you and your partner, but improve your family’s life.

I charge $75 for a sixty minute individual session. Couples and families are usually seen every other week for a ninety minute session of $120.

I accept cash, check and debit/credit card. Currently I do not accept insurance.
